5-Minute Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Who doesn’t love a devilishly yummy chocolate treat, that doubles as a snack or dessert, comes together in under 10 minutes – and is healthy! On today’s episode of comfort recipes, chocolate and pumpkin will be serving some serious #CoupleGoals

Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp raw sugar
A splash of vanilla essence/extract
1 tsp salt
Method:
· In a bowl, using a fine mesh, strain your pumpkin puree to ensure a smoother texture for your pudding as it will help get rid of excess water and fibrous remains of the pumpkin.
· To this, add your raw sugar and whisk until properly combined.
· Sieve your cocoa powder over this mixture to ensure that there are no lumps. Once that is folded in, add your salt and vanilla.
· Refrigerate this pudding for a minimum of an hour so that it reaches an indulgent, creamy consistency.
· Serve chilled with chocolate shavings or chocolate chips on top.
Pumpkin is rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants – but its taste is not everybody’s cup of tea. But when married to the decadent flavour of chocolate, it might turn you into a fan. Relish this 5-minute chocolate pudding with absolute delight, and zero guilt!
