Proteiny–Tiny Bites

This super yummy protein rich snack is perfect to satisfy your pre and post gym needs, or any hunger pangs throughout the day. These teeny-tiny bites can boost your energy while satisfying your sweet cravings all at once!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
2.5 tbsp hemp powder
30g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Method:
1. Add the peanut butter and honey into a small bowl and mix until combined.
2. Add the hemp powder to the peanut butter and honey mixture and whisk until a cookie dough like consistency has formed.
3. Shape into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Chop the dark chocolate and add it to a small bowl along with the coconut oil.
5. Microwave the chocolate in bursts of 30 seconds, mixing between each interval.
6. Once it has completely melted, dip the frozen balls in the chocolate and place on a piece of parchment paper.
7. Store under refrigeration so that the chocolate shell does not melt.
