Pancakes Like No Oat-er!

Jazz up your morning with these delicious pancakes that are just as indulgent as they are healthy! Customise them how you want to add a special touch to brighten your day, your way.



Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats (which are powdered in a blender)

1/3 cup wheat flour

1/4 TSP baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

4 tsp coconut sugar

6 tbsp soy milk or any other dairy/ non-dairy milk

1/2tsp vanilla essence

Few tbsp of unsalted butter


Method:

1. In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together.

2. To that, add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you get a thick viscous batter. You can add more than 6 tbsp if required. However, ensure that your batter does not thin out.

3. Place a non-stick pan on medium high flame and heat it up.

4. Add a little butter to the pan and allow it to melt.

5. Spoon 2.5 tablespoons of batter onto the pan and allow it to cook.

6. Flip when you see bubbles on the upper surface of the pancake.

7. Cook for one minute one the flipped side.

8. Serve warm with honey/maple syrup and any fruit of your choice!
